School participants

We reserved some rooms in the Hotel Patio*** for the school participants from March 24th till April 5th, 2014. The school is organized just in this hotel. It is close to the city center and there are single and double rooms. All participants have to make a reservation by themselves. There is a special price for the school participants for accommodation between March 24 and April 5, 2014. The price is 256 PLN (≈60 EUR) for single room (Standard) and 320 PLN (≈80 EUR) for double room (Lux). These prices include breakfast.

In order to obtain the special price in Hotel Patio for Spring School participants, you have to make a reservation according to the procedure:

  1. First register to the school (until February 19th, 2014)
  2. Please, wait for confirmation that your candidature is accepted (until February 24th, 2014)
  3. Then, you will also obtain a special instruction, login and password to the Hotel Patio web page, which allows you to complete the reservation.
Workshop participants

Those, who plan to attend solely workshop will also obtain a special access to the Hotel Patio reservation site as soon as they complete the workshop registration form.

In order to obtain the special price, please do not use e.g. booking.com or another service, because then you will see that the rooms are not available or you may get a higher price.

!!! IMPORTANT !!!

These prices and rooms are available only until February 26, 2014.

As soon as you receive the information about the selection of your school application, please reserve the room. After February 26th the hotel cannot guarantee these rooms and prices. However, it may be possible that they will be still available after the deadline.
